Hi there,

We are back with your weekly highlights.

The coronavirus pandemic is transforming our societies; people are staying at home, businesses are shut and we are all wondering when we will be able to return to normal.

On top of these social and economic changes, thousands are also coping with the loss of loved ones, while on the front lines, our healthcare workers continue to bear the brunt of the pandemic.

This week we travelled to the UK to tell you the story of the first doctors who died fighting the outbreak.

We also went to Nigeria to bring you the story of Clinton Kanu, a man who spent 27 years in jail for a murder he did not commit, and whose life has taken a new meaning through faith.

Finally, in the middle of these tumultuous times, we analyse the future of capitalism through the lens of past plagues.
